      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR)
      - Oversee hotel sales department operations, including direct sales, hiring, training, and coaching staff
      - Manage the execution of business booked, including proposals, contracts, and customer communications
      - Build and maintain relationships with clients, meeting planners, and key referral sources
      - Represent the hotel at site visits, trade shows, and sales calls, maintaining strong visibility in the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum sales experience in hospitality or a related field
      - Valid driver's license in the applicable state
      - Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage multiple tasks independently
      - Basic market knowledge and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software

      - Bachelor's degree or certification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
      - Strong connections within the local market
      - Familiarity with hotel brand knowledge
