      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage properties without a permanent Community Manager, overseeing all aspects of community operations
      - Lead and supervise community associates, handling recruitment, training, and performance management
      - Prepare and manage the annual operating and capital budgets for the community, ensuring timely collection of rents
      - Develop creative engagement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
      - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years’ progressive property management experience, with at least two (2) years in a managerial role
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
      - Strong communication and relationship management skills
      - Proven ability to manage human resources concerns and develop talent
      - Proficiency in financial reporting and understanding of Accounts Receivables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with property management software such as Yardi, LRO, Lead2Lease, or similar platforms
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing demands and deadlines
      - Demonstrated capability to engage and motivate teams effectively
