What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order, ensuring effective delivery
- Collaborate with government personnel and customer agency representatives to fulfill contract requirements
- Oversee the overall management, quality, schedule, and cost of the task order
- Manage task order employees and ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules
- Prepare and submit various project reports, including monthly progress reports and project management plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret security clearance at the time of proposal submission
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the public and/or private IT sector or consulting environment
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams of 10 or more employees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting DLA contracts
- Familiarity with DoD Lifecycle Management and related reporting formats
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and methodologies
- Experience with agile playbooks and strategies
- Familiarity with systems engineering documentation and processes
