What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review expatriate and foreign national tax returns
- Conduct tax briefings for inbound and outbound clients
- Research complex tax issues and manage client engagements
- Supervise project teams and ensure collection of accounts receivable
- Utilize tax software such as CCH Axcess & Engagement and MS Office tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be EA or CPA licensed (active)
- 5+ years of recent experience in public accounting
- Proficient in tax equalization and payroll calculations
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a paperless environment
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Collaborative approach to work
- Ability to adopt new/changing technology
- Experience with managing client engagements and supervising project teams
