      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Triage and resolve tax notice queues by priority, providing clear updates to partners
      - Engage with federal, state, and local agencies to investigate and resolve payroll tax issues
      - Identify complex issues for further investigation by product, engineering, and compliance teams
      - Analyze trends in notices and recommend process improvements to reduce risk
      - Maintain and refine standard operating procedures for agency outreach and notice handling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in payroll tax compliance, tax notice resolution, or payroll operations
      - Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations across federal, state, and local agencies
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax issues for partners
      - Proven ability to handle sensitive employer information with care and discretion
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with payroll systems, tax filing platforms, or case management tools
      - Experience in a distributed team environment with remote work capabilities
