What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Electronically process and assemble tax returns using tax software
- Deliver assembled tax return packages to clients in a timely manner via SafeSend Returns or email
- Electronically file tax returns within the e-file system
- Assist the Tax Operations Team with data projects
- Perform quality control reviews for completeness and accuracy of your own work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work with exemplary time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and accurately complete assigned work in a timely manner
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
