      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Transitions to Community Living (TCL) program data
      - Produce and disseminate insightful reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
      - Manage the development and maintenance of a comprehensive data collection system
      - Provide training and support to stakeholders on utilizing TCL data and dashboards effectively
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and improve program processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a discipline related to the program and three years of related experience, or
      - Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the program area and five years of related experience
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain databases for tracking key performance measures
      - Experience with data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
      - Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

      - Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing data collection tools
      - Effective collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
