      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the orderly functioning of the classroom to create a positive social-emotional environment for children
      - Support the teaching team in delivering educational programs and activities
      - Reassign to various classrooms or centers as necessary for program operations
      - Engage with children aged birth through five years in an early childhood setting
      - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including obtaining required certifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Must possess or be enrolled in a Child Development Associate (CDA) program or equivalent
      - Completion of a 45-hour entry-level course or approved early care and education course within six months of hire
      - Ability to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with children ages birth through five years in an early childhood environment
      - Bilingual in Spanish/English or Navajo/English
