  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist the teacher with planning, preparation of materials, and instruction
  - Utilize appropriate behavioral interventions and support students with assignments
  - Compile and analyze data related to school discipline issues and student attendance
  - Maintain records and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  - Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) meetings and track student progress
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma required; minimum of 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university or an Associate's Degree
  - Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if required for bus driving duties
  - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other relevant software
  - Strong oral and written communication skills
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in educational settings, particularly in data analysis and student management
  - Bilingual skills to assist non-English speaking students and families
  - Familiarity with web-based educational programs and data management systems
  - Previous experience with behavior management techniques
  - Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) processes
