What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise students during live virtual classes to ensure active participation and engagement
- Assist students with asynchronous coursework, promoting time management and task completion
- Communicate with instructors regarding student needs, concerns, and progress
- Monitor student assignments and progress through digital platforms
- Maintain a focused learning environment during synchronous and asynchronous sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in education or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with students preferred
- Ability to understand and monitor digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and instructors
- Physical capability to perform light work and operate relevant equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom and Canvas
- Knowledge of best practices for student engagement in online learning
- Experience in managing attendance records and tracking student progress
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively
