What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through coaching and training
- Monitor and audit agent pipelines to ensure consistent performance
- Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities within the sales funnel for improved results
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with agents and provide necessary training sessions
- Manage competing priorities in a high-volume transaction environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience
- At least 1 year of prior management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and effective time management and organizational abilities

- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to drive sales performance
- Proven track record of developing and mentoring sales teams
- Experience in the financial services industry
