- Drive performance reviews and ongoing meetings with your team
- Ensure good and timely communication with our Operations Manager and other relevant stakeholder within our organisation
- Work alongside our Recruiter and be part of the recruitment process for your team
- Maintain an environment that prioritises teamwork, ambition, development and where our agents are continuously dedicated and engaged in their work
- Facilitate a culture that prioritises open and honest communication and feedback
- You speak one of the Nordic languages (both written and verbal) as well as English
- You can show experience of achieving proven results against KPIs
- You possess excellent people development and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong organizational aptitude and time management skills

Customer Service Team Manager
Are you eager to work in a customer service environment and be responsible for coaching, supporting and managing a great team of customer service advisors? Do you want to be responsible for the development of your assigned team to ensure quality customer service and support on behalf of our client? Then we have the position for you!
At Foundever, we work with customer service and support on behalf of different companies who are leading the market within their field. Right now, we are looking for a Team Manager, who wants to be part of a dynamic and ambitious call center environment, where we focus on delivering the best results within customer service and support. As Team Manager, it is imperative that you prioritise good communication, development and employee satisfaction, while also managing and maintaining our client’s rules, procedures and KPI’s within your team. You will be part of a team of driven and supportive colleagues in an environment, where we encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across different departments and organisational levels.

The client that you will be working with is a big international medical company that specialise in creating products for diabetics and it will be your job to ensure that the customer service that we provide is of excellent quality at all times.
