      ABOUT THE ROLE

      As a Team Manager of Customer Assistants you'll support your leadership team to ensure that every customer who visits or interacts with your shop,has an exceptional service experience, through the creation of a seamless customer shopping journey.

      You'll be an outstanding specialist in people and will lead, inspire and develop your Partners (employees), enabling each of them to reach their full potential.

      Key Responsibilities Working in our shops as a Team Manager is fast paced and no two days are the same. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for: - Striving for high levels of customer and Partner (employee) satisfaction. - Empowering your team to act with authority and accountability in a culture where they feel supported to grow professionally and feel cared for. - Building genuine relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders. - Working with the wider shop leadership team, taking on duty manager responsibilities when required. - Through the development of a clear resourcing strategy, you will ensure the recruitment of Partners that have the capability, aspiration and passion to deliver outstanding service. Essential skills/experience you'll neede - Experience of leading a large team in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a proven track record as a specialist in people and driving a culture of empowerment. Desirable skills/experience you may have - Disciplinary and Grievance experience. - Hiring Manager / Recruitment experience.
