Job Description

- Define and solve our Croatian speaking customers queries through different contact channels
- Recognize the defined workflows and support in securing and optimizing them
- Work closely together with other teams and departments such as Partner Services and Incident Management
- You are a key contact person for the Croatian market and support your Team Lead with solving customer escalations
- Collaborate with Team Training in the onboarding of new team members
- Excellent knowledge of the Croatian and English language, in written and speech
- Commitment to a solution oriented handling to achieve customer satisfaction
- Experienced in an KPI driven environment
- Confident, friendly and independent, you are able to take feedback and adapt to changes on short notice
- Ability to work across multiple teams internally and externally to align goals and processes

You are the right hand of the Team Lead for Croatia and the Eastern Expansion markets, supporting in administrative tasks and operational management tasks which occur in the daily business.
