What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and present complex technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend solutions in partnership with Digital Services
- Conduct systems analysis focusing on technical process models and use cases
- Provide testing support and analysis for resolution, including gap analysis and future state recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Four or more years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
- Advanced database skills with experience using MS Access and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience gathering and writing business requirements and formulating them into story writing for developers and QA
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
