What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage the end-to-end service development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement robust testing strategies to maintain product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development efforts with business objectives
- Diagnose and resolve application issues through root cause analysis and effective fixes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, particularly in Salesforce development and configuration
- Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and knowledge of Salesforce APIs
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud, including customizations and integrations
- Salesforce developer and architect certifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities and Agentforce
- Experience in the financial industry and with AWS
