What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program, including self-paced and instructor-led learning
- Complete hands-on development work on an internal ServiceNow Application
- Work towards obtaining ServiceNow certification by studying for and passing the CSA exam
- Collaborate with peers and instructors on project-based activities
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow tools and complete assigned tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Must have passed CSA exam)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- Basic or advanced knowledge of JavaScript
