What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, support, and enhance the functionality of the browser extension tool and Snapshot feature
- Communicate directly with customers to confirm issue resolution and provide status updates
- Collaborate with engineers to report and validate bugs related to browser extension functionality
- Proactively identify websites with autofill issues and coordinate solutions
- Act as a liaison between support, product, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of fixes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a professional technical analyst or technical support role
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and learn new software quickly
- Proficient in on-time delivery of services with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of web applications, cloud computing, client-server applications, and database concepts
- Strong organizational and communication skills, especially across cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with web development tools
- Experience with tools like Jira, Zendesk, or bug tracking platforms
