      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer moderately complex questions and provide support for hardware, software, and client applications
      - Escalate complex issues to other resolver teams or vendors as necessary
      - Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve challenging incidents
      - Support L1 agents with ongoing inquiries related to client incidents and requests
      - Assist with user administration and network-related tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - May require technical certification or Associate Degree
      - Generally, 1-2 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
      - Must be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities and technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a technical support role
      - Familiarity with client and COTS applications
      - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
      - Experience in user administration and network support
