      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system for instrument and reagent integrations
      - Conduct customer entrance interviews to understand needs and manage expectations
      - Plan and execute on-site integration processes, collaborating with project managers
      - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for customers on instruments
      - Document customer complaints and resolutions in the complaint handling system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or similar healthcare degree
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a laboratory environment, field service, or technical call center
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support
      - Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
      - Ability to manage time and territory effectively to meet customer needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree specifically in Medical Technology
      - Experience with Abbott Diagnostics products
      - Familiarity with regulatory and validation requirements in laboratory settings
      - Previous experience in account management or customer service roles
      - Demonstrated ability to develop processes and procedures in a technical environment
