What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide implementation services and customer training for Siemens Healthineers instrumentation and data management applications
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively communicate potential issues to internal stakeholders
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and participate in escalation processes
- Organize and participate in field-based customer education events and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to promote products and enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel more than 90% of the time, including overnight travel Monday through Friday
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- BA/BS in Medical Technology or related field; thorough technical knowledge of medical technology
- Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience; prior field experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical application specialist role or relevant customer support experience in the medical technology industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong presentation and selling skills aligned with corporate vision and values
