What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion user-centered design principles and resolve diverse issues creatively
- Cultivate knowledge of care management solutions and customer needs
- Create, analyze, and validate details on back-end/system capabilities
- Facilitate team discussions to define the "how" and influence the "what" of project capabilities
- Develop and maintain system and data flow diagrams for integrations and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or Business Analysis, including testing and documenting applications
- Experience in a clinical environment (knowledge of CMS, NCQA/HEDIS, URAC, etc. is a plus)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees/certifications in software development or healthcare
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Web services (SOAP, REST, XML) and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within a team in a dynamic setting
