      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute business plans aligned with company strategy and market data
      - Expand market share through sales and partnerships with key dairy industry stakeholders
      - Provide technical support and actionable recommendations to clients
      - Organize VIP events for producer education and market engagement
      - Design and facilitate training programs for internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in animal science, dairy science, agribusiness, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressive technical experience in the dairy young animal segment
      - Proven technical expertise in dairy calf and young business management
      - Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L management
      - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and farm management systems
