- 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Business Systems Analyst in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in JSON, XML, XSLT, and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automated testing and frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Javascript and API integration
- Familiarity with Oracle databases
- Certification in FAST Policy Administration Platform
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
