What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and training to various departments and the sales force
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain a prioritized list of assignments from management and product managers
- Assist in the creation and updating of technical documents
- Conduct site visits to observe and report on application procedures and deficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Ability to access commercial building roofs using a ladder
- Strong communication skills for responding to inquiries from customers and staff
