      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day success and communication for Enterprise and self-serve customers to ensure satisfaction and expansion
      - Onboard customers, conduct demos, and troubleshoot issues effectively
      - Collaborate with the Technical Customer Lead to enhance customer satisfaction and retention strategies
      - Execute Customer Success playbooks and maintain updates in CRM and internal tools
      - Collect and structure feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing Enterprise or high-value SaaS customer accounts
      - Familiarity with technical frontend and backend development concepts
      - Experience in providing first-line technical troubleshooting support
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute processes effectively
      - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus

      - Previous experience in early-stage startups and a track record of operating autonomously
      - Enthusiasm for AI and GenAI technologies
      - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
      - Experience working with engineering-minded users and technical teams
