      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee integration, management, and optimization of data within the Salesforce platform
      - Maintain integration diagrams for each Salesforce Org and connected applications
      - Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications
      - Monitor existing integration feeds for issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them
      - Identify and implement projects for improvements in stability, scale, and speed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship
      - 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce data solutions
      - Expertise in modern integration protocols including REST, SOAP, FHIR, and Kafka
      - Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL; knowledge of Salesforce lightning framework is a plus
      - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Integration Architect certification
      - Experience with additional integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi, or Workato
      - Familiarity with integration toolsets like Informatica FUSE/B2B, APIGEE, SnapLogic, or Denodo
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Ability to lead technical teams and provide guidance to developers
