What you’ll do:

• INNOVATE: Develop and lead execution of our new product roadmap. Engage with our Customers to identify and translate their needs into high-impact bio nutrient solutions. Foster partnerships with external research labs to accelerate our time to market. Champion execution of our innovation funnel to bolster business revenue.
• LEAD: Grow a high-performing team of Innovation & Analytical Scientists. Inspire and be a strong advocate for their career development. Continuously seek new ways and help us make the right investments to strengthen our technical service, capabilities and lab efficiencies.
• STRATEGIZE: Become an integral contributor to our Strategic Planning initiatives. Collaborate closely with our leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality and Regulatory departments to define and execute upon our strategic initiatives to eclipse our financial goals. Provide technical leadership to prioritize and execute upon sales funnel opportunities with key customers and help us further penetrate new market segments.

What you will bring with you?

• A Master’s degree in General Science or Food Science. PhD in Biochemistry or Biotechnology preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product innovation with demonstrate understanding of analytical techniques.
• Above all, a deep sense of curiosity to learn rapidly and help grow our R&D team and our business
