What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Content Platform team, overseeing tools for content creation, translation, and publication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product management
- Empower and mentor team members while promoting personal career development
- Work with external partners to deliver contractual features and enhancements
- Ensure product architecture, performance, and quality meet user needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and web application architecture
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with design systems and shared component libraries
- Background as a Senior Backend or Backend-leaning Fullstack Engineer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering techniques
- Experience building platforms that support product teams' needs and enhance user experience
- History of blogging or essay-writing to demonstrate strong written communication skills
