What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, evaluate, and organize client deliverables to prepare for future configuration
- Manage system installations and upgrades for new and existing clients
- Communicate with clients' technical staff to configure integration with their student information systems (SIS)
- Conduct system configuration and testing to ensure functionality meets client needs
- Modify HTML, CSS, or JSP pages based on customer requests and requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience implementing proprietary software
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and Anthology
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams
- Self-starter attitude and a natural curiosity for learning new technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience configuring single sign-on (SSO) across various systems
- Background in project management or technical support roles
