What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute implementation and adoption plans for customers to ensure their success
- Manage high-volume simultaneous implementation projects, tracking progress within the CRM
- Create and maintain self-service configuration tools and user guides for customer empowerment
- Analyze data to enhance the user experience and identify friction points in the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automated onboarding and engagement processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, technical support, or customer onboarding, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Strong JavaScript (Node.js) skills for HubSpot custom-coded actions
- Experience integrating REST APIs and using HubSpot Operations Hub
- Proficiency in SQL for reporting and data validation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Music or Music Education
- Prior experience in the music SaaS industry or as a musician and/or music educator
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Experience with music technology
- Passion for music
