What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement the first lender-borrower relationship platform for the debt capital markets by onboarding new customers and integrating Finley with their existing workflows
- Project manage ongoing implementations to ensure timely coordination among stakeholders
- Partner with sales and customer success to evolve Finley's implementation process
- Gain expertise with Finley's internal tooling to QA, debug, and identify automation opportunities
- Help recruit, train, and mentor new team members while documenting standard operating procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with complex systems implementations and technical project management
- 2+ years of Excel experience; debt/finance experience is a plus but not required
- Strong technical background and understanding of data transfers (ETL pipelines, APIs) and data structures (JSON, S3)
- Past experience working directly with engineers to QA, debug, and drive software solutions/features
- Proven ability to identify and achieve goals, owning multi-month projects from start to finish
