      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, Apache Beam, and GCP Dataflow
      - Design robust data models and analytics workflows to support reporting in BigQuery and visualizations in Tableau
      - Write efficient queries in PostgreSQL and MongoDB to extract and transform complex datasets
      - Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver trusted data products
      - Document data sources, transformations, and analytical workflows to ensure reproducibility and transparency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Python, particularly with Pandas for data manipulation
      - Hands-on experience in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, especially with BigQuery and Dataflow
      - Familiarity with MongoDB and unstructured/semi-structured healthcare data
      - Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and best practices for handling patient data securely
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
