      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and prioritize cases and phone calls from end users experiencing software and technology issues
      - Provide technical support using remote desktop management tools
      - Track and maintain interactions throughout the entire support lifecycle
      - Learn and become an expert on application features, configuration, and supported third-party software
      - Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and critical incidents through research and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or help desk/software support role
      - Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Technical aptitude to learn database tools, such as SQL, and other software or internal tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Paylocity account manager or implementation consultant role
      - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
      - Strong mathematical skills for report calculations and accruals
      - Desire for continued learning and professional development
