What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with cross-discipline teams to understand business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to drive solutions that meet program objectives
- Create and maintain requirements, including features and user stories
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog, ensuring readiness for Program Increment Planning
- Accept user stories completed at the end of each iteration/sprint
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6-8 years of strong business analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant equivalent work experience
- Solid experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework; Jira experience desired
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the healthcare domain
- Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and prototyping
- Strong quantitative aptitude for conducting analysis and working with data models
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new methodologies and tools
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
