What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initialize product complaints and assign tasks to cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain understanding of SAP and product complaint transactions
- Coordinate analytical testing related to product complaints and warranty service requests
- Provide training on the Product Complaint & Resolution Process for internal and external customers
- Respond to inquiries regarding product complaints from various stakeholders, including customers and sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; or 5 years of direct customer complaint and claims experience
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
- Basic working knowledge of construction products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and preferred experience with SAP

- Ability to travel to job sites for enhanced product knowledge and sales support
- Strong active listening skills and logical reasoning abilities
- Knowledge of principles for providing customer and technical service
