What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure projects
- Coordinate efforts across infrastructure and data center operations teams
- Identify risks and implement solutions to minimize late deliveries
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate program status to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in data center infrastructure deployment
- Strong background in data center operations, compute hardware, and networking equipment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to data center locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JIRA for project tracking and workflow management
- Background in GPU infrastructure or AI/ML platform deployments
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment tools
