What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to transform business ideas into actionable project plans
- Plan and coordinate multiple IT Infrastructure and Service Management projects to deliver business value
- Maintain a deep understanding of project solutions, dependencies, and the customer journey
- Create and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk assessments
- Communicate effectively across various organizational levels, from executive presentations to team materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Spreadsheets, and Confluence
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and Service Management domains
- Experience in software development and program management for large-scale programs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and relevant certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of IT Security Best Practices
- Experience leading design and technical trade-off discussions
- Proven ability to modulate presentations based on audience level
