What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day project planning and management activities through team standups, project meetings, and project management tools
- Ensure projects are up to date, with all information complete, and dependencies logged
- Maintain and review project roadmaps monthly, ensuring updates and prioritization as necessary
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and sprint management, capturing notes and action items
- Lead stand-ups and workstreams with full ownership and accountability for project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, marketing, analytics, or Scrum
- Proven experience leading projects and ownership of workstreams without requiring constant oversight
- Strong background in data analysis and data infrastructure
- Technical proficiency with SQL, data pipelines, and performance monitoring tools
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution and accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the media and marketing fields, including media metrics and marketing analytics
- Proactive self-starter with a focus on outcomes and development roadmaps
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
