  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with leadership to identify key priorities and spearhead the delivery of special projects and initiatives
  - Establish and track metrics that provide insights into progress, completion, and measures of success
  - Develop a deep understanding of the organizational structure to manage project timelines, resources, and team dependencies
  - Drive internal alignment across business, operational, and technical teams to realize critical roadmap deliverables
  - Facilitate communication and coordination, manage meetings, and escalate blockers for resolution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar cross-collaborative role at a technology start-up
  - A strong interest and desire to learn about blockchain technology and the crypto industry
  - Technical competency and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  - Experience in leadership and/or management with technical teams and diverse stakeholders
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience navigating, evaluating, and implementing processes, frameworks, and approaches for maximal efficiency
