What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end development of AI hardware products, ensuring successful integration into the employer's infrastructure
- Oversee EVT, DVT, and PVT phases, tracking validation milestones, test results, and issue resolution
- Establish testing standards, methodologies, and acceptance criteria for each NPI phase
- Lead pilot deployment planning and execution, coordinating manufacturing readiness activities
- Build and maintain relationships with chip manufacturers, negotiating schedules and resolving technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management
- At least 5 years of experience in Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) and the hardware development life cycle
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in AI cluster development, with expertise in compute, storage, networking, and critical infrastructure components
- Experience collaborating with OEM or ODM partners to drive product development and manage supply chain relationships
- Background in computer architecture, system performance optimization, generative AI, and large distributed systems
