Drive cross-functional programs focused on delivering secure development services, platforms, and release frameworks
Assist in prioritizing the product roadmap, coordinating the backlog, and aligning priorities among engineering, security, and platform collaborators.
Develop and translate business and security requirements into concrete technical roadmaps and deliverables across multiple teams
Partner closely with engineering, product security architecture, compliance, and program teams to align timelines and priorities
Deliver insights, metrics, and progress reporting to influence leadership decisions and cultivate visibility across engineering and executive teams.
Coordinate and connect with partners across teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely response to emerging risks or issues.
Identify and remove obstacles to program execution while ensuring clarity of scope, achievements, and success metrics.
Identify risks and dependencies early, and proactively work with collaborators to mitigate them
Deliver clear, concise status and communication to senior leadership and engineering partners
5+ years proven experience in technical program management or engineering management in a security, infrastructure, or developer productivity environment
Strong understanding of secure software development practices, software release processes, and product lifecycle frameworks
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable software deliverables and drive execution across multiple engineering teams.
Experience with compliance and release-readiness, including knowledge of security policy enforcement and reporting
Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
