  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, leading teams through software development phases
  - Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to keep teams on track
  - Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact program timelines and develop mitigation strategies
  - Act as a liaison across Product, Hardware, Engineering, and Marketing, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  - Ensure alignment with business objectives while enhancing the member experience
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical program management
  - Proven ability to balance product and business priorities, leading product programs at scale
  - Deep understanding of technical implementation details and trade-offs
  - Strong commitment to addressing consumer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
