What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end technical programs across product, engineering, data, and security, from initial scope through launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and align on priorities
- Coordinate distributed teams across time zones using strong asynchronous communication
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
- Partner with customer success and cross-functional teams to refine communication plans and operational workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading technical program initiatives in product, engineering, data, or security environments
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps technology companies
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience engaging effectively with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills, including executive reporting and translating technical complexity into clear business impact
- Track record of success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving technical requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consulting, enterprise technology, or technical leadership roles
- Familiarity with AI/ML initiatives and their application within software development
- Strong facilitation and influence skills to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
