  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the development and design of installation and testing procedures to meet client technical project requirements
  - Create project documentation and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for both onsite and remote technical teams
  - Build deep technical expertise with specific clients to enhance project management and client trust
  - Communicate effectively with clients to maintain relationships and achieve project goals
  - Mentor and manage internal resources to ensure successful project outcomes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 10 years of experience in data center services and technical project leadership
  - Strong understanding of services engagement and subcontractor processes
  - Proven ability to learn new technologies and communicate them effectively
  - Excellent management and communication skills, particularly in project settings
  - Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday work as necessary
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - BICSI Certification, OSHA-30 Certification, and relevant Panduit Certifications
  - Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications or similar credentials
  - Experience working independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
