What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct client project teams and internal project teams to assess stakeholder needs and establish specifications for client projects
- Manage, direct, and deliver IT-based projects as assigned
- Lead documentation efforts for project specifications and ensure dissemination to appropriate departments
- Establish test plans for internal and client testing phases to ensure compliance with stakeholder specifications
- Direct operations team members and/or vendor coordinators for staffing, transition, and training plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university plus 3-5 years of project management experience or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and a high-energy work ethic
- Strong analytical skills with a service, project, and results orientation
- Ability to manage multiple task assignments across several projects
