      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, execute, and close projects related to enterprise system implementations and migrations
      - Develop and manage detailed project plans using Monday.com, including timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables
      - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project success
      - Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues
      - Oversee testing, training, go-live activities, and post-launch support phases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of project management experience in technology or system implementation
      - Proven experience managing projects involving ATS, HRIS, ERP, CRM, or PIMS platforms
      - Strong proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking, dashboards, and collaboration
      - Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent)
      - Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or related industries
      - Background in business analysis or technical implementation support
