      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end project delivery for network and systems initiatives, including planning, execution, and risk management
      - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and maintain project artifacts using tools such as MS Project and Jira
      - Coordinate across engineering, NOC, IT, procurement, and vendors to align technical requirements and workflows
      - Drive implementation and integration of NMS/EMS and OSS/BSS platforms, ensuring operational efficiency
      - Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and advanced analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
      - 2+ years of project management experience in an IT, telecommunications, or service provider environment
      - Strong understanding of IP networking and transport technologies, including DWDM and MPLS
      - Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and MS Project
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
      - Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
      - Networking certifications and/or hands-on experience (e.g., Cisco or Juniper)
      - Ability to support after-hours and weekend work as required
