What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Project manage various infrastructure and production engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Deliver comprehensive project documentation including work plans, presentations, budget reviews, and risk analyses
- Provide Production Engineering support and maintenance as needed
- Handle high-volume workloads while delivering exceptional customer support
- Accountable for driving projects from inception to completion, managing tight deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in business, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company
- Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects
- Ability to work across multiple time zones: USA, Mexico, and Canada
- Experience managing technology refresh, new servers, upgrades, and network projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or CSM Certifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and O365
- Familiarity with Production Engineering
- Interest or experience with Generative AI
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
