      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
      - Track progress and hold resources accountable across various business groups
      - Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to all stakeholders
      - Manage project scope and handle change requests effectively
      - Proactively resolve issues and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 10+ years of IT project management experience, including enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives
      - Advanced proficiency in Agile Development (SCRUM) and waterfall processes
      - Familiarity with Cloud technologies and industry project management software
      - Experience with business analytical and project management software such as Power BI, Monday.com, etc.

      - Proven experience in innovativeness and ability to integrate disparate products
      - Experience managing projects for enterprise software implementations or digital transformation initiatives
      - Strong communication and demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced global engineering company
